Right of Withdrawal

This is a courtesy translation. Only the German version is legally binding.

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG). Businesses have no right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us that you are exercising your right of withdrawal, compared to the full scope of the services provided for in the contract (§ 16 FAGG).

Special notes

• Servers: At your express request, our servers are provided immediately after ordering. With hourly billed cloud servers you only pay for the hours actually used anyway; in the event of withdrawal, the hours incurred up to that point are charged in accordance with § 16 FAGG.
• Early expiry: For services, the right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed the service, provided you expressly agreed before ordering that we may begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed (§ 18 (1) no. 1 FAGG).
• Domains: At your express request, a domain is registered with the registry immediately. Once registered, the service has been fully performed; withdrawal is no longer possible afterwards.
• Credit: We refund unused credit on request (see Terms of Service, section 4.5).
