With auto top-up, Nexlo tops up your balance automatically as soon as it runs low – by credit card or PayPal, with a fixed monthly limit. No more stopped servers just because the balance ran out.
How it works
Choose threshold & amount
For example: when the balance drops below €5, €20 is added – at most €100 per month.
Confirm once
You top up once by card or PayPal. Our payment provider Mollie stores your payment method in the process.
Done – it runs by itself
From now on we top up automatically when needed. You get an email for every top-up.
Monthly limit
Never more than your limit is charged automatically in a month.
Full transparency
An email for every top-up, all bookings in the customer area.
Pause any time
Change values, pause or remove the payment method with one click.
Safe when things go wrong
If a charge fails, we try again and pause after three failed attempts.

Which payment methods work?
Credit card and PayPal. All payment methods remain available for one-off manual top-ups.
Do promotions apply to automatic top-ups?
Yes. Automatic top-ups are normal top-ups – a running top-up bonus is credited just the same.
What happens when my card expires?
Then the charge no longer works. We pause the auto top-up, let you know by email and you simply add a new payment method.
How do I end the auto top-up?
Under Balance → Auto top-up → "Remove payment method". We then also revoke the authorisation with Mollie.
