You top up your balance and we deduct the pro-rata monthly price for every cloud server hourly. So you only pay while your server exists – with no minimum term.

We warn you by email in good time. Once your balance is used up, your servers are stopped and restarted automatically after a top-up. Without a top-up, stopped servers are deleted after a few days.

Cloud servers are usually ready within a few seconds to minutes. Dedicated servers from the market take a little longer, custom-configured servers up to 48 hours.

Yes. CPU cores, RAM, storage and IP addresses can be increased at any time in your customer account. For technical reasons, storage cannot be reduced.

Yes, all servers are protected against DDoS attacks at no extra cost. You can see detected attacks directly in the server management.

To protect against spam, outgoing mail ports (25/465/587) are blocked by default. Open a support ticket and we will unblock them after a short review.

The price for the first year is deducted from your balance when you order. Before expiry, we automatically renew the domain for another year – if your balance is not sufficient, we remind you by email in good time.

You need the auth code (transfer code) from your current provider. Search for the domain with us, choose "Transfer" and enter the code. Depending on the extension, the transfer takes a few minutes up to 5 days.

Yes. In the domain management, simply select your server – we set the DNS records for the domain and www automatically. Alternatively, you can edit all records yourself or use your own name servers.
